February 17th, 2018 — ANNUAL DINNER Sponsored by Bank of the Ozarks & Northeast Georgia Medical Center Barrow  [link]The Barrow County Chamber’s Annual Dinner is the highlight of the year for Barrow County.  Each year, the Barrow Chamber recognizes deserving individuals and businesses for outstanding service to the community.  Held at the prestigious Chateau Élan Resort and Conference Center, the Annual Dinner deserves its reputation as THE place to see and be seen, honor and be honored, and celebrate the rich history of Barrow County.

June 5th, 2017 — ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT Sponsored by BRANDBANK [link]The Barrow County Chamber presents the second most prestigious golf tournament in North Georgia!  Each year, the Barrow Chamber hosts over 120 golfers, alternating venues at either The Georgia Club, or The Legends at Chateau Élan.   The Chamber’s tournament is an outstanding way to bring together work and play, with a relaxing day on the links with customers, associates, clients, and friends.

TBA –Health & Wellness Expo [link]– The Barrow Health and Wellness Expo features Barrow County’s best businesses in a expo setting, 2017 Health and Wellness EXPO- Magnolia Estates allowing a full display of products and services of businesses looking to market to local consumers.  This year we are having it at the Piedmont YMCA, the Expo is a fully draped setup of booths, allowing businesses a professionally done, fully exposed landscape of marketing.

September 26th , 2018 — ANNUAL SPORTING CLAYS TOURNAMENT Sponsored by FIRST AMERICAN BANK AND TRUST [Begun just a few years ago, the Chamber’s Annual Sporting Clay Tournament has fast grown into the clay-shoot tournament for Barrow business.  Held at Etowah Valley Sporting Clay, the Chamber’s event has grown each year, as more and more businesses find that a day outside with friends, customers, associates, or clients, a gun, and flying targets a great way to spend quality business time.

December 2017 --EGGS & ISSUES BREAKFAST Sponsored by JACKSON EMC [link]– Each year the Chamber’s Governmental Affairs Committee eggs and issue 2 Terry Englandbrings together business and government leaders for a presentation of topics of interest from the Committee, and presented to state elected officials just prior to their trip to Atlanta for the Legislative session, which begins in January.  Held at The Georgia Club, the Eggs & Issues Breakfast also features highly-placed political leaders from the State of Georgia.  Rep. Terry England was the keynote speaker in 2013.

November 15th  2017 — BARROW BUSINESSWOMAN OF THE YEAR LUNCHEON Sponsored by Northeast Georgia Medical Center – Barrow [link]Each year, the Chamber’s Women in Business Committee puts together a luncheon honoring a businesswoman in Barrow County.   The Businesswoman of the Year Luncheon is the preeminent event that recognizes a deserving honoree for her contributions to the betterment of her business, and her community of Barrow County. This year our Guest Speaker will be Rhonda Rich a local Columnist.
